

The Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend will mark the return of Knife Pleat’s inaugural Holiday Tea Service for the season, according to Tony Esnault, chef-owner of the Michelin star property located in South Coast Plaza’s Penthouse. Seasonal touches include beautiful hand-made pastries from Germain Biotteau such as ginger bread and whimsically themed confections shaped like a gift box, reindeer and Christmas tree.
Holiday Tea Service is offered
Every Saturday in December (December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30) between 11:30 am and 1:45 pm.
The menu features a selection of expertly selected teas, elegantly composed tea sandwiches and other luxury savory items, all with festive holiday flair. It has become a popular tradition and early reservations are advised.
