Alongside the full dinner menu, The Capital Grille will feature a Thanksgiving entrée with all the holiday favorites–slow-roasted turkey with brioche sage stuffing, French green beans with Marcona almonds, cranberry-pear chutney and for the table, Sam’s mashed potatoes to share.

$55 per adult for Thanksgiving entrée, $20 for children 12 and under (excluding tax and gratuity)

Morton’s The Steakhouse

Thursday, November 27, 12 – 8pm

Morton’s is serving a four-course Thanksgiving feast in addition to the full menu. Start with butternut squash bisque with cinnamon crème fraîche. Next, a fall harvest salad with arugula, fennel, Honeycrisp apple, pomegranate, spiced walnut, goat cheese and maple vinaigrette.  The entrée is oven-roasted turkey roulade with savory sage & cranberry stuffing, turkey gravy, sour cream mashed potatoes, Morton’s green bean casserole and fresh cranberry sauce. End the feast with pecan streusel cheesecake with salted caramel and bourbon cream.

Seasons 52 will offer its à la carte menu plus a delicious Thanksgiving plate with roasted turkey, savory pan gravy, brioche and sage stuffing, Yukon mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans and cranberry relish.  End on a sweet note with a pumpkin pie mini indulgence.

Water Grill 

Thursday, November 27, 11 am – 9 pm

Gather at the Water Grill for an indulgent Thanksgiving. A three-course holiday prix fixe offering will be available all day, in addition to the full menu.

Starter is a choice of classic clam chowder or mixed organic greens; the holiday entrée is roasted Diestel Family Ranch turkey, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, homemade sourdough apple-celery stuffing and turkey gravy. Dessert is either pumpkin cheesecake topped with homemade whipped cream or caramel bread pudding.

Begin with roasted pumpkin soup, spiced crème fraiche (128 oz.), then on to the main event showcasing Mary’s whole roasted, all-natural turkey (16-18 lb.) with all the trimmings:  Turkey giblet gravy, cranberry sauce (both 32 oz.), Amar’s famous Italian sausage-cornbread stuffing, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and kale (all three – 64 oz. each).  For dessert:  Pumpkin, cranberry raisin winter bread pudding, vanilla icing.
