Celebrate Thanksgiving at Water Grill, which will offer its popular à la carte menu plus a three-course Thanksgiving prix-fixe. Begin with either Water Grill’s signature clam chowder or mixed organic greens. The holiday plate features Roasted Diestel Family Ranch Turkey, homemade sourdough apple-celery stuffing, traditional cranberry sauce, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. For dessert, select from caramel bread pudding or pumpkin cheesecake.

The Capital Grille

Thursday, November 23, 11 am–9:30pm

Alongside the full dinner menu, The Capital Grille will serve a Thanksgiving entrée with all the seasonal favorites. Savor slow-roasted turkey with brioche stuffing, French green beans, cranberry-pear chutney and for the table, Sam’s mashed potatoes to share. Pumpkin cheesecake is available for $12.

Seasons 52 will offer its à la carte menu plus a delicious Thanksgiving plate with sliced, roasted turkey, savory pan gravy, brioche and sage stuffing, Yukon mashed potatoes, mashed butternut squash, green beans and cranberry relish. A mini pumpkin pie indulgence is included.

Morton’s The Steakhouse

Thursday, November 23, 12-8pm

 Morton’s offers a three-course Thanksgiving dinner in addition to the full menu. Start with winter salad with spiced walnuts, dried fruit, blue cheese crumbles and creamy balsamic dressing. Followed by an oven-roasted turkey roulade with savory sage and cranberry stuffing and cranberry relish. It comes with smoked gouda au gratin potatoes, baked corn soufflé, green beans almondine and turkey gravy.  Pumpkin cheesecake with sea salt caramel is the sweet finale.
