The Capital Grille will offer a Mother’s Day three-course brunch menu, which consists of a starter, entree and dessert. Choices abound such as white cheddar potato & leek soup, jumbo shrimp and white cheddar grits, The Grille’s lobster frittata, bone-in dry aged NY strip with fried egg, 8 oz. filet mignon and pan-seared salmon with citrus crab salad. Freshly squeezed juices, tea, coffee and soda are included with the price of brunch. Endless mimosas may be added for $15. Celebrate Mother’s Day at Leatherby’s with an à la carte brunch or dinner. Appetizer choices include purée of sunchoke & leek soup; pea agnolotti with Parmesan foam; and smoked salmon with herbed cream cheese bagel. Entree highlights are roasted prime rib with cheddar cheese grits; challah French toast with vanilla Chantilly, fettuccini alle vongole with little neck clams; and Alaskan halibut in lemon beurre blanc. For dessert, indulge in vanilla bean cheesecake, chocolate hazelnut bar or angel food cake with minted citrus salad.
