Seasons 52 offers an à la carte Easter brunch menu as well as the traditional menu. An Easter Green Box is available for takeout. 

Entrées include crab and cheddar quiche, upright French toast with fresh blueberry compote, maple vanilla cream and applewood smoked bacon; wood-grilled shrimp and grits, and apricot-glazed ham with French green beans and sweet potato mash, maple-pecan streusel.

A takeout option is the Easter Green Box with selections of apricot-glazed spiral ham, a whole side of cedar plank-roasted salmon or wood-grilled beef tenderloin, with choice of salad, two sides and six Mini Indulgences. Pick it up chilled, warm at home and enjoy.

The Capital Grille opens early Easter Sunday serving its full dinner menu of contemporary classics, as well as four brunch dishes and sparkling Mimosas.

Brunch entrées are lobster frittata with butter poached lobster tails and asparagus, bone-in dry-aged NY strip and eggs and a center-cut filet mignon, all served with white cheddar hash browns. A new offering is smoked salmon and caviar with blini and white cheddar potato cake.

MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE

Celebrate Easter at Morton’s with an extravagant three-course filet and lobster menu available Friday-Sunday Easter weekend.

First-course choices are a classic Caesar, artisan goat cheese salad or lobster bisque. The entrée is center-cut filet mignon with a cold-water lobster tail (filet comes 6, 8 or 12-oz).  Select from desserts such as Key Lime pie, crème brûlée or the legendary hot chocolate cake.   Morton’s full menu is available as well.
