Caló Kitchen + Tequila was inspired by Clemente Heredia’s passion for fantastic food and service. We promise a warm welcome environment that is elegant yet fun and relaxed. Our menu is a selection of Mexican classics and contemporary favorites prepared with local, high-quality ingredients complemented by the finest collection of sipping tequilas in the country. Many recipes have been handed down from Clemente’s grandparents when they began as restaurateurs in 1962. Long-standing favorites include Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas, Halibut Tacos and our Famous Carnitas made with Grandma’s original recipe. We look forward to serving you the spirit of Mexico in winter 2022.
