  • Knife Pleat, the contemporary French restaurant located in South Coast Plaza’s Penthouse, is Michelin-starred chef Tony Esnault’s modern interpretation of classic French cuisine.
  • Din Tai Fung’s worldwide culinary dynasty is built on xiao long bao — juicy soup dumplings. It’s no surprise that Din Tai Fung was named by The New York Times as one of the top ten gourmet restaurants in the world.
  • Vaca’s critically acclaimed menu is inspired by Top Chef alum Amar Santana’s travels to Spain.
