A BOUNTY OF NOVEL TASTES AND SPECIAL DINING EXPERIENCES CONTINUE AS SOUTH COAST PLAZA RESTAURANTS CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY IN OCTOBER

COSTA MESA, CA – October 2017 – From complimentary flourless chocolate espresso cake to three-course prix fixe menus, South Coast Plaza’s fine dining and fast-casual restaurants will continue to offer a delicious assortment of special menu items in October to highlight the 50th anniversary of the world-renowned retail center.

In March, South Coast Plaza rolled out an impressive array of celebratory cuisine options for diners and shoppers on the go to indulge in culinary treats such as cocktails, desserts and cookies.

The commemoration continues this month with chefs creating special dishes for the milestone as varied as a choice of paella and braised lima beans to a signature cream puff and complimentary mini dessert trio.

Fifty years ago, on March 15, 1967, the Segerstrom family unveiled what would become an internationally acclaimed shopping destination on former lima bean fields in Costa Mesa.

South Coast Plaza’s 50th anniversary will be celebrated throughout 2017. Diners will find a variety of anniversary offerings throughout the month of October:
