22 INTERNATIONAL BOUTIQUES AND RESTAURANTS OPENING AT SOUTH COAST PLAZA

Costa Mesa, Calif. (May 2022) – South Coast Plaza celebrates its 55th anniversary with the arrival of more than 22 new or redesigned top boutiques and new restaurants.

As a leading international shopping and dining destination with 250 stores and 30 restaurants, South Coast Plaza attracts visitors with its unique collection of coveted luxury and contemporary brands from all over the world.

THE LARGEST COLLECTION OF LUXURY JEWELRY AND TIMEPIECE BOUTIQUES IN NORTH AMERICA

With the arrival of four new luxury watch brands this year, South Coast Plaza is home to the largest collection of luxury timepiece and jewelry boutiques – 35 stores under one roof – in North America. Breitling and Tudor will open later in the summer and Roger Dubuis and Hublot, in the fall. The breadth of the collection makes South Coast Plaza a single-stop destination for fine jewelry and watch aficionados.

NEW RESTAURANTS

An exciting slate of restaurants coming to South Coast Plaza includes Caló Kitchen + Tequila, an upscale Mexican eatery, and Mian, which features Sichuan-style noodles by chef Tony Xu.

ORANGE COUNTY MUSEUM OF ART

South Coast Plaza continues to be a major patron of the arts, supporting the new Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA). The center is the presenting sponsor of the opening gala of the museum’s new building. Designed by Pritzker Prize winner Thom Mayne of Morphosis Architects, the museum is being built on land donated by the Segerstrom family, founders and owners of South Coast Plaza. OCMA is the final piece in the Segerstrom family’s long-time vision of a cosmopolitan center where art, business, shopping and philanthropy converge in Southern California.
