Responsibilities: Provide friendly customer service, serve gelato and coffee, sell premium chocolates, operate the cash register, maintain store cleanliness and presentation, support visual merchandising, and assist the team based on operational needs. Requires strong communication, multitasking, independence, flexibility, and availability for weekends.
