Stylist Job Description
Position Summary
The stylist is responsible for contributing to the store sales by providing The Webster’s experience level of customer service to all clients, building rapport with clients, supporting the management team, and representing The Webster in all its aspects consistently. The primary duty of the stylist is selling The Webster luxury merchandise to existing clients and transients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sales & Client Service · To know and achieve the individual goal as well as the store’s daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales plan. Performance will be measured by evaluating daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales. · Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in various sales techniques such as cross selling, add-on’s, and pre-sells to drive individual sales and KPI’s. · Exhibit selling skills by actively developing new clients and further furnishing existing client relationships. · Represent The Webster Brand in all forms of communications. A stylist is to always preserve a high degree of professionalism via communication and demeanor with clients and team members, on and off the sales floor. · Manage individual client database to standard and generates sales utilizing the client book through appointments and daily correspondence with clients · Maintain an active understanding of current trends, brand updates, as well as sales and promotions. · Sustain current knowledge on brand bio’s, aesthetics, store inventory product knowledge. · Ability to style and advise clients creating curated looks based on preferences, trends, and brands. · Capacity to adhere to proper etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients (i.e. in-person, phone, e-mail, and written communication)
Pay Rate: Starting $19 p/hr
