Sales & Client Service
• To know and achieve the individual goal as well as the store’s daily, weekly, monthly and annual
sales plan. Performance will be measured by evaluating daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in various sales techniques such as cross selling, add-on’s,
and pre-sells to drive individual sales and KPI’s.
• Exhibit selling skills by actively developing new clients and further furnishing existing client
relationships.
• Represent The Webster Brand in all forms of communications. A stylist is to always preserve a high
degree of professionalism via communication and demeanor with clients and team members, on and
off the sales floor.
• Manage individual client database to standard and generates sales utilizing the client book through
appointments and daily correspondence with clients
• Maintain an active understanding of current trends, brand updates, as well as sales and promotions.
• Sustain current knowledge on brand bio’s, aesthetics, store inventory product knowledge.
• Ability to style and advise clients creating curated looks based on preferences, trends, and brands.
• Capacity to adhere to proper etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients (i.e.
in-person, phone, e-mail, and written communication), returns, repairs and alterations.

Pay Rate: $18-19 hr plus commission
