Rolex in South Coast Plaza is hiring both par-time & full-time opportunities for seasonal Hospitalty specialists.

Seasonal support is responsible for providing assistance to sales & management team in ensuring an outstanding client experience & supporting the store team on the sales floor or operations & back of house functions.

Creating an outstanding client experience is accomplished by creating a positive, inviting & fun environment for the discerning client. This includes an enthusiastic attitude, attractive & inviting displays, as well as clean & well-lit stores with the best selection of watches for the local market. It is crucial that the sales support focuses on enhancing the client experience & providing assistance in every stage of the selling experience.

Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

Excellent customer service skills.
Greet the clients when he or she enters the store.
Listen to the needs of the client & direct them accordingly.
Create excitement with the client about the product. Ultimately gain the clients trust & partner them with a sales advisor or watchmaker.
Act as a host by supporting in execution of hospitality initiatives; including but not limited to offering & preparing a beverage with chocolates, offering a seat, etc.
Assist in client follow up, including but not limited to birthday cards, holiday cards, and inviting customers to special events.
Attend necessary trainings during the seasonal period.
Readily accept & incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve performance.
Ability to provide flexible availability. Must be able to workdays, afternoons, evenings, & weekends as needed.
At least 1+ years of retail, hospitality or customer service experience.

Pay Rate: $18.00- $22.00
