Responsibilities:

Sales and targets:
-Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio through retention and reactivation.
-Exceed personal goals.
Consistently drive results with a positive, team-first attitude.
-Represent the brand inside and outside the boutique.

Client experience and relationships:
-Build lasting commercial relationships and maintain a loyal client base.
-Consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and service.
-Provide timely, personalised after-sales service, resolve complaints and convert returns to exchanges.
-Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including storytelling, features and benefits.
-Anticipate client needs with tailored product and styling advice.

Required Skills and Experience:
-Language skills are a plus.
-3-5 years luxury retail sales experience with a transferrable client
-Collaborative team player who builds productive working relationships.
-Engage diverse people at all levels and readily build internal and external networks.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Proactively develop solutions to challenges.
-Represent Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion and authenticity.
-Deliver all tasks with finesse and consistently excellent performance.

Pay Rate: $26/hr + commission
