As a Kiehl’s Keyholder, you’ll be a vital part of the store leadership team—driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the spirit and heritage of our apothecary.

You Will:
• Lead by Example: Act as a role model, building lasting customer relationships.
• Drive Store Success: Support store and individual sales goals.
• Manage Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations and a clean, organized store.
• Develop Talent: Train and onboard new team members.

We Are Looking For:

An individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for inspiring others.

You Will Have:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills
• Flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekend shifts per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus
