We are currently seeking a high-performing, Mandarin-fl uent Account Executive to join our elite team. In this role, you will act as a key ambassador for our brand, specifi cally engaging with our affl uent Chinese-speaking clientele and high-net-worth global investors. 

Hästens has been handcrafting the fi nest beds in Sweden since 1852. Our clients include royalty, elite athletes, business leaders, and global icons such as Drake and Post Malone. With products ranging from $30,000 to $850,000+, this is luxury sales at the highest level.

What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking a charismatic, driven Account Executive who thrives in high-performance environments and is excited to build relationships with some of the world’s most discerning clients.

You must be able to communicate the heritage of Hästens with the same level of sophistication in both English and Mandarin.

You’ll thrive here if you have:
Experience with in-person luxury sales, hospitality, or high-ticket consultative sales
Native or professional-level fl uency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
A competitive mindset — background in athletics, performance, or other achievement-driven arenas
A deep understanding of the luxury consumer journey within the Chinese-speaking community and the ability to build trust with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals
A wellness-focused lifestyle and genuine enthusiasm for health, recovery, and self-care
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you’re charismatic, articulate, and naturally engaging
A refi ned, polished presence suitable for an ultra-luxury environment — you connect easily with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and know how to make a lasting impression 

What You’ll Do 

As an in-person Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your success, managing your pipeline, cultivating high-value relationships, and delivering an exceptional, tailored experience to every client. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a luxury, high-touch in-person sales experience in one of our beautiful showrooms called “Sleep Spas”
Guiding clients through the Hästens story, craftsmanship, and health benefits
Managing your own sales pipeline and nurturing long-term relationships
Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through in-store and relationship-driven sales
Representing Hästens and The Sleep Spa brand with confi dence, polish, and professionalism
Becoming an expert in sleep health, product knowledge, and client education
Supporting showroom events and brand activations when required

Pay Rate: Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience) + Uncapped Commission + Multiple Bonus Structures. Top Performers Earn: $200,000–$500,000 + annually Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance + Ongoing training, career advancement, and a world-class team environment
