Previous experience as in a high fashion Retail Boutique
Be passionate about styling, clientelling and overall be able to create long term relationships with customers
Meet financial, operational and service KPIs
A natural leader that can lead by example to fellow Boutique Stylists
Expand the CAMILLA customer reach, through creative business development
Be interested in their own development and be passionate about growth in their position
Have an angelic energy that translates into their service style and approach
Be proactive and innovative in their role

Pay Rate: $21-$24 + Commission
