* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales goals.
* Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and clienteling initiatives.
* Assist with scheduling, payroll, attendance, and daily staffing needs.
* Monitor inventory, shipments, transfers, RFID accuracy, and stockroom organization.
* Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently maintained.
* Handle customer concerns, returns, escalations, and service recovery.
* Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company procedures.
* Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss-prevention standards.
* Analyze sales and operational reports to identify opportunities and improve performance.
* Partner with corporate teams, mall management, vendors, and other store locations.
* Act as Store Manager on duty and maintain operational leadership in the manager’s absence.

Pay Rate: $25 - $30
