Fashion Month Trends: Yellow

Out of the many trends we spotted during the Spring/Summer 2018 fashion month, we’ve chosen two as our absolute favorites: feathers and yellow.

While this texture and color combination probably has you imagining your favorite Sesame Street character (who didn’t love Big Bird’s nonstop optimism?) we have birds of an entirely different flock in mind. From New York to Paris, our #SCPonlocation photographers captured fashion showgoers sporting the primary color in all shades, almost always making it the focal point of their ensemble.

@bat_gio matched her yellow-dominated look with a pair of Aquazzura heels and a clutch from Tod’s.

 

This pair showed the duality of yellow – warm and cool – with pieces from Gucci, Celine and Chloe in New York.
