#SCPonLocation: Fall Trends Recap
We found three major fall trends — animal print, plaid and sparkle and shine — in Milan, Paris and New York during Fashion Week. See our favorite street style looks and how to wear them this season.

Animal Print
Fall brings a full-on fashion safari with a range of on-trend animal prints in new ways (zebra print jackets, anyone?) and classic staples like fuzzy faux fur spotted coats. Those in search of a subtle take on the trend have many options, from slouchy boots in luxe leopard to playful giraffe print bags. The best part: animal prints are a neutral and pair effortlessly with denim, black, color, or for the more adventurous, other prints.

AllSaints
AllSaints’ leopard print Vincent Backpack is crafted from printed calf hair and lamb leather and features adjustable multi-use straps for versatility.

Mad For Plaid
Plaid — sometimes preppy and sometimes punk (thanks, Vivienne Westwood) — is this season’s versatile check print, arriving in head-to-toe suiting, quirky cool bags and boots and oversized silhouettes. And while there’s plenty of plaid to go around, fall’s statement-maker is an updated take on the sartorial star of Scotland, the tartan kilt, which looks decidedly fresh with a graphic t-shirt from Max Mara.

Fendi
Fendi’s cowboy-inspired Cutwalk Check Print Leather Boots feature a pointed toe and a unique cutout wooden heel that works in the city or out on the prairie.

Sparkle and Shine
We don’t have to wait for evening to put on some sparkle and shine. Head-turning glittery stilettos, metallic pleated skirts and accessories with mirror accents are meant to be worn day or night and look modern when paired with the unexpected — denim, a moto jacket or a cozy sweater. One of our favorite fall looks is Bottega Veneta’s rose-grey velvet and wool coat with its crinkled texture and serene shine.

Jimmy Choo
Jimmy Choo’s sparkling glitter Romy 100 pointy toe pumps feature a 100 mm heel for maximum impact.
