A FLORAL VOYAGE

This spring, from April 19-23, the shops at South Coast Plaza are, again, the exclusive West Coast venue of Fleurs de Villes, a stunning, bespoke floral event featuring fresh floral mannequins and installations that will take visitors on a journey of discovery to ICONIC global destinations. For Fleurs de Villes 2023, the theme is VOYAGE, which promises to be a feast of cultural storytelling, connecting the world through flowers.

BRAVO AMAR SANTANA!

The hit show Top Chef returns for its 20th season with an all-star lineup of international Top Chef winners and finalists, including South Coast Plaza celeb chef Amar Santana. The show, debuting March 9, 2023, will bring together standout chefs from all over the world, representing the international spin offs of “Top Chef” including Canada, Mexico, France, Thailand and more. Altogether, the 16 chefs from around the world are competing in London, England, with a grand finale in Paris. Amar Santana, from Spanish restaurant Vaca, located across from the high-end shopping center, is representing the U.S., California and South Coast Plaza. Amar got his Orange County start at South Coast Plaza’s Charlie Palmer, opened the critically acclaimed Broadway in Laguna Beach, and can often be seen cooking and holding court at Vaca in Costa Mesa.
