It’s become an extraordinary seasonal tradition: Knife Pleat’s Holiday Tea Service every Saturday through December 27. The Michelin starred restaurant, located in South Coast Plaza’s Penthouse, offers a tea menu with festive holiday flair, created by chef-owner Tony Esnault. 

Luxury savory offerings include Maine lobster éclair, deviled egg with smoked trout roe and gravlax salmon tea sandwich. Seasonal touches are found in beautiful hand-made pastries like a gingerbread man and whimsical confections of a gift box, snowman and Christmas tree. The menu features a variety of expertly selected teas, with à la carte offerings of caviar and fine champagne.

CHATEAUBRIAND HOLIDAY DINNER FOR TWO

A superb holiday special, the Chateaubriand menu for two, features a classic cut of filet, renowned for its tenderness and flavor, as the centerpiece of a dining experience designed for sharing. It is available December 24-31, 2025. Morton’s will be open Christmas Day, noon-8pm, serving its traditional menu as well as the special.  

The dinner for two begins with choice of one starter to share:  winter harvest salad, lobster bisque or Caesar salad. Next, the Chateaubriand entrée is sliced and served for the table with roasted shallots, red wine demi reduction, sauce Béarnaise and au jus. Two accompaniments are included—select from truffled cream corn, sour cream mashed potatoes, smoked gouda & bacon au gratin mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, thick-cut onion rings or charred broccolini.

Dessert is a choice of a sharable pecan streusel cheesecake, chocolate layer cake or Morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake. 

Start the evening with a Morton’s Christmas cocktail.  Sip on holiday magic with the “Naughty” — Belvedere Vodka, passion fruit, strawberry, and Villa Sandi ‘Il Fresco’ Prosecco or “Nice”—alcohol-free strawberry, cranberry, and Fever-Tree sparkling grapefruit.

Top Chef Amar Santana offers a sumptuous dinner to enjoy at home for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Choose from a beef Wellington with red win jus (2 lbs.) or roasted leg of lamb with garlic rosemary olive jus (3-4 lbs).  It comes with a molasses-glazed ham (2 lbs.), cauliflower soup with truffle croutons, crème fraîche mashed potatoes, truffle mac and cheese (all 64 oz.) and garlic butter green beans (32 oz.).  Dessert is your choice of house-made apple crisp or pumpkin pie.
