MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE

CHATEAUBRIAND HOLIDAY DINNER FOR TWO

A superb holiday special, the Chateaubriand menu for two, features a classic cut of filet, renowned for its tenderness and flavor, as the centerpiece of a dining experience designed for sharing. It is available December 24-31, 2025. Morton’s will be open Christmas Day, noon-8pm, serving its traditional menu as well as the special.  

The dinner for two begins with choice of one starter to share:  winter harvest salad, lobster bisque or Caesar salad. Next, the Chateaubriand entrée is sliced and served for the table with roasted shallots, red wine demi reduction, sauce Béarnaise and au jus. Two accompaniments are included—select from truffled cream corn, sour cream mashed potatoes, smoked gouda & bacon au gratin mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, thick-cut onion rings or charred broccolini.

Dessert is a choice of a sharable pecan streusel cheesecake, chocolate layer cake or Morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake. 

Start the evening with a Morton’s Christmas cocktail.  Sip on holiday magic with the “Naughty” — Belvedere Vodka, passion fruit, strawberry, and Villa Sandi ‘Il Fresco’ Prosecco or “Nice”—alcohol-free strawberry, cranberry, and Fever-Tree sparkling grapefruit.
