Weekend Max Mara is seeking passionate, style-driven sales associates to deliver elevated client experiences in a high-end, commission-based retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in luxury fashion sales, personal styling, and relationship-driven retail.

As a sales associate, you will provide personalized styling, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive individual and store sales performance while representing an internationally recognized luxury fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience to every client
. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals in a commission-driven retail environment
. Build, manage, and grow a client book through clienteling, styling expertise, and consistent follow-up
. Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, styling, and seasonal collections
. Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
. Support team sales goals, visual standards, and a collaborative store culture
. Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients and promote new arrivals, styling, and events

Qualifications & Skills
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury customer service
. Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion sales, or personal styling preferred
. Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
. Comfortable using smartphone applications, CRM tools, and digital clienteling platforms
. Social-media savvy with the ability to engage clients via digital outreach
. Fashion-forward mindset with an eye for styling and trends
