Weekend Max Mara

Overview
Stylists at Weekend Max Mara are responsible for providing a memorable buying experience with our customers and developing lasting relationships. A Stylist must have strong product knowledge and know how to connect with and style a client. Clear understanding of how to develop and close a sale is a key element to a Stylist’s success. Stylists are energetic, team players who are passionate about fashion and thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities
Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to excel in a competitive commission sales and team environment.
Portray constant enthusiasm, friendliness, and positive energy with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Build lasting relationships with every client.
Manage personal clientele book through the Company’s CRM program.
Maintain persistent follow through with tasks and follow up with perspective clients.

Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and patiently with clients and colleagues.
Clear understanding of the importance of constant communication and involvement with clients.
Familiar with high end retail sales.
Familiarity using social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.)
Extensive experience in retail, sales, and fashion preferred.

This is a commission based position with potential to earn biweekly bonuses!

Pay Rate: $18/hour
