Senior Sales Associate
Established as a trunk-maker in 1849, Moynat is a Parisian maison with a storied heritage of unique imagination and savoir-faire inherited from the 19th century. To make this vision a reality we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and agile personalities who are eager to evolve in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for mentoring associates towards achieving an elevated customer experience, category management and sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandizing standards, and assisting with the daily supervision of the team.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Lead and empower sales team to provide high quality customer service in order to achieve maximum sales results
• Coordinate the use of all client relationship resources (training tools, client books, etc.) to provide elevated service to all clients
• Manage the level of floor supervision to improve sales results
• Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day
• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues
• Empower associates to make decisions in the best interest of providing good customer service by serving as a proactive mentor and problem solver
• Effective utilization of POS system and its inventory management functions
• Opening and closing the store following Company policies and procedures and make sure that tenders balance. Troubleshoot as needed to resolve problem
• Administer follow-up and paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
• Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements
• Perform other projects, as assigned
• Partner with the managerial team to lead all aspects of the merchandising standards
• Support the store in planning, implementing an innovative, compelling and well carried out visual environment with the express purpose of enhancing the customer’s shopping experience
• Review sales frequently, take action to correct deficiencies and increase positive sales

Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
• Position requires minimum of 5 years of experience of sales preferably in a luxury retail setting
• Minimum of 1 year of senior sales experience preferred
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages
• Action oriented; results driven
• Able to motivate others and build effective teams
• Customer service oriented
• Social perceptiveness
• Proficiency in resolving issues or concerns that may arise
• Problem-solver
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the general software that is used by the company (Word, Excel, etc.), and request necessary training for self and select staff members
• Foreign Languages a plus

Pay Rate: $27+
