Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management
• Support the General Manager in creating a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure the team is always motivated and competent.
• Identify potential candidates and recruit candidates for open positions.
• Supervise all store employees.
• Function as the General Manager in the General Manager’s absence.
• Consistently reinforce company standards and policies.
• Ensure professional growth and training of staff and share development plans with the General Manager.
• Support the General Manager and Department Managers in defining targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensure achievement by analyzing results, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments, with consistent follow-up.
• Evaluate employees’ strengths and development opportunities and coach them toward improvement.
• Document effective progress reports according to Company standards in a timely manner.
• Write and administer performance appraisal process annually.
• Recommend and justify salary increases.
• Follow-up and monitor store staff in the achievement of goals
• Take all necessary measures in order to guarantee the safety of the products and valuable materials in the store.
• Supervise stock manager, transfers, consignments, pricing, sensoring, stock loss, replenishment of merchandise and all inventory-related processes.
• Supervise head cashier and all payment/return/ exchange transactions.
• Review charge backs and other issues with the bookkeeper for accuracy.
• Manage alterations issues, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensures internal procedures are followed.
• Schedule staff and monitor timekeeping compliance and payroll calculations.
• Supervise uniform distribution process and resolve uniform issues.
• Support General Manager in reporting all relevant information to Corporate.
• Communicate relevant information to buyers, General Manager, Regional VP, store employees and direct reports.
• Verify correct rotation of goods in the stockroom to optimize sales.
• Exude a mature, worldly business attitude and professional presentation
Sales and Customer Service
• Meet Company’s sales plan and achieve store sales goals set by Corporate.
• Consistently ensure customers are the number one priority.
• Reflect corporate image in terms of presence and ensure Staff is also aligned.
• Ensure image of Store is in line with corporate standards and Staff is aware of this standard.
• Guarantee excellent customer service including welcome and client experience, as well as in maintaining the qualitative standards required by our brand.

according to Company directives through the Visual Team, photo book and General Manager.
• Personally manage all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and post-sale service.

• Provide product knowledge training and development of sophisticated, worldly and International clientele base.
• Review and correct selling floor coverage as needed on a continuous basis.
• Support sales by contributing feedback with regard to the buying of merchandise.
• Coordinate management of Top clients as well as VIPs with the General Manager.
• Supervise merchandise in stockroom and report any discrepancies to the General Manager.
• Ensure network of external relations expands and relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained.
• Constantly keep up-to-date regarding fashion trends; know and monitor competition and communicate this information to the Staff.
• Prepare for private sales including coordination between store, corporate and outside vendors.
• Oversee appropriate markdowns on merchandise.
• Liaise with PR department for special events, celebrity services and other corporate PR mandates.
Other

Pay Rate: $100,000 annually plus bonuses
