Job Description: The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for elevating the in-store experience across 5 locations, ensuring brand consistency, driving sales performance, and enhancing client engagement. This role partners with store management, the associate buyer, marketing, and corporate team to execute seasonal visual strategies aligned with the Company’s creative vision, lookbooks, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
. Assess and maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations, ensuring consistent execution of seasonal lookbooks, window displays, floor sets, and brand storytelling.
. Lead and oversee in-store visual rollouts and the launch of new seasonal collections, ensuring timely and inventory metrics to maximize sell-through.
. Plan, source, coordinate, and install visual props and fixtures from suppliers while managing budget and maximizing brand visibility.
. Maintain accurate, up-to-date in-store signage to ensure clear, compliant, and on-brand communication.
. Coach and educate store teams on new collections, visual standards, and strategic styling techniques to drive conversion.
. Curate and style looks for in-store events, offsite activations, and fashion shops, including merchandise pulls, transportation, setup, and model styling.

Qualifications & Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field (or equivalent experience)
. Strong background in visual merchandising, luxury fashion retail, and styling.
. Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and store priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
. Must be okay with travel at least once a month

Pay Rate: $80,000-$85,000
