Weekend Max Mara is seeking passionate sales associates who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in luxury fashion sales. Our sales associates are brand ambassadors who provide personalized styling services, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced, commission-based retail environment.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, fashion-forward, and motivated by client relations and sales performance. This role is perfect for individuals who love luxury fashion, personal styling, and high-end retail sales.

Responsibilities
. Provide a personalized, luxury shopping experience for every client.
. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
. Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
. Build and maintain a strong client book through clienteling, styling advice, and follow-up communication.
. Actively participate in team sales goals and contribute to a positive store culture.
Leverage social media platforms to connect with client and promote the brand.

Requirements
. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
. Prior experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or high-end fashion sales preferred.
. Comfortable working with smart phone applications to engage with clients digitally.
. Social media savvy with the ability to use digital platforms for client engagement.
. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

Compensation
This is a commission-based retail stylist position with the opportunity to earn biweekly bonuses based on performance.

Pay Rate: $20.00
