3-5 years of retail experience delivering excellent customer service, relationship building, and clienteling, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships, establishing and developing a loyal client base.

Demonstrate high level of product knowledge (story telling, features and benefits ect)

Provide exceptional client experience and service in a consistent manner.

Communicate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers, missed opportunities and customer requests to store management.

Achieve and exceed personal goals.

Team player; able to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships.
able to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and networks easily, both internally and externally.

Fluent in English is a requirement, additional languages preferred.

Pay Rate: $25 and up plus commission
