​1. Brand Ambassador & Sales Driver:
​Embodying the brand’s values, image, and aesthetic.
​Achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
​Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and styling expertise for all collections (couture, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, etc.).
​Driving sales through upselling, cross-selling, and “wardrobing” (building a client’s wardrobe with multiple pieces from the brand).
​2. Client Relationship & Service Excellence:
​Providing a highly personalized, sophisticated, and enjoyable shopping experience.
​Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, from greeting them to post-sale follow-up.
​Developing and maintaining a detailed client book, including sales records, preferences, and important life events.
​Proactively reaching out to clients through calls, special announcements, and event invitations.
​Scheduling client appointments and pulling merchandise in advance to provide a seamless experience.
​3. Store Operations & Team Collaboration:
​Contributing to a positive and collaborative store atmosphere.
​Participating in inventory processes and ensuring accuracy.
​Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
​Upholding visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
​Staying updated on fashion trends and monitoring the competition.

Pay Rate: $19- $20
