As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both our clients and staff. You will provide support across various operations, from customer service to inventory management, ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support: Assist the team in delivering top-tier customer service to clients, ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities when needed, ensuring accurate transactions and a smooth checkout experience.
Order Processing: Process online orders and returns promptly on a daily basis.
Shipping & Receiving: Manage transfers, client merchandise, and store shipments—ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Client Assistance: Offer support to clients when needed, answering inquiries and assisting with merchandise.
Stock Management: Help staff in retrieving merchandise from other locations and assist with creating consignments.
Store Operations: Open and close the store as required, assisting clients when needed during shifts.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
CRM Support: Aid the sales team in managing CRM tasks to track customer interactions and sales.
Inventory Control: Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
Stock Room Organization: Maintain a neat and organized stock room on a daily basis to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of retail experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Organization & Professionalism: Highly organized, with a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
