Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate/Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering a luxurious client experience, fostering customer relationships, and supporting store operations. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing Gianvito Rossi with professionalism and a passion for high-end fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Act as a role model and assist in training junior staff when needed
Open and close the store, including handling key holder responsibilities
Support daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of retail selling experience, preferably in luxury or fashion
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
