As an A.P.C. Client Advisor, you are a leader who sets a strong example for your team. You are
eager to learn, maintaining personal knowledge of the latest developments and procedures at
A.P.C. as well as business trends at your home store. You represent the brand’s image in our stores. Your main goal is to reach sales objectives assigned by A.P.C.’s management while supporting the store manager on any operational task at the manager’s discretion. You act as an ambassador of the brand by demonstrating impeccable presentation and behavior, following A.P.C.’s selling ceremony and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be a dynamic team player looking to build strong relationships with clients in order to grow the
business.

Sales:
– Ensure the achievement of individual goals and support in reaching team goals
– Serve customers according to the standard of A.P.C.’s selling ceremony;
o Create an exceptional client experience through greeting, listening and assisting to all clients. Strive to meet their needs while exceeding their expectations.
o Demonstrate expertise in selling across all product categories; always delight the client with tailored recommendations and product selections.
o Develop loyalty with the A.P.C. clients by fostering genuine relationships
– Demonstrate expert knowledge of all product as well as A.P.C.’s history and heritage
– Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information (CRM) in order to retain existing customers and identify potential top spending clients
– Conduct regular outreach via Endear following A.P.C.’s clienteling best practices

Operations:
– Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior managers, leading by example
– Open and close the store’s POS system according to A.P C.’s procedure
– Maintain visual displays of the products in accordance with A.P.C.’s visual standards
– Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of product on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
– Follow A.P.C.’s grooming and uniforms guidelines
– Adhere at all times to company policies and operating procedures
– Assist in the management of all stocks control in the store and keeping shrinkage levels below target
– Maintain a safe working environment
– Undertake ad-hoc projects as deemed appropriate by management

Physical requirements:
– Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended period of time
– Ability to lift boxes (as much as 40 lbs)
– Availability to work mornings/evenings, weekends, annual inventory and holiday season

Experience requirements:
– 1 to 3 years prior experience in customer service (retail preferred)

Pay Rate: $19-$20
