From the perfect introduction piece to an inside look at the brand’s made-to-measure service (which just launched for knitwear!), Marco Baldassari reveals in this exclusive interview what sets Eleventy apart and why South Coast Plaza was the perfect fit for the brand.

 

What’s the first piece you would recommended for new customers?

“My Advice is to, the first piece you have to buy – to purchase – is the hoodie jacket. Our jacket, with the removable hoodie, is one of the most iconic pieces of the collection. It’s very wearable. Then you can take out the hoodie and you can very professional.”

 

What are key factors that help you decide where to open a new boutique?

“We know that location is one of the most important things when we have to decide where to open. What we have to do is to follow our clients, and we know our guests – our clients – live around [Orange County], so we know that if we open here, specifically South Coast Plaza, we know we could be successful.”

 

Can you share how your made-to-measure service works?

“That’s again something that we want to deliver to our guests or clients or part of our Eleventy family to provide them something very special, unique and exclusive. We provide them 41 exclusive colors available in 15 options, and also we want to customize every single piece to our clients. And I believe this is something that makes people very happy, excited because they are part of the process! ”
