You’re invited to shop in person at The Pavilion at South Coast Plaza, a collection of 19 newly built, beautiful open-air suites on level 2 of the center’s North parking structure.

Complimentary to South Coast Plaza guests and available only by appointment via participating boutiques, The Pavilion is designed to provide you with a private shopping experience in a safe, welcoming and elegant space.

We have measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including sanitizing furnishings before and after every appointment, requiring face masks covering the nose and mouth to be worn everywhere at South Coast Plaza, maintaining social distancing, and providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations.

How it Works

Contact your favorite boutique to make an appointment and discuss what you’d like to view, try on or purchase.

Your boutique will set up an appointment for you at The Pavilion.

On your appointment day, enter and park in the North parking structure closest to Bristol Street near Nordstrom, where signs will direct you to The Pavilion.

Please wear a face mask for your appointment. A face mask that completely covers the nose and mouth is required while you are at South Coast Plaza (except for children under the age of 2 and other limited exceptions). Face coverings are required by the State of California and City of Costa Mesa.

You’ll be welcomed by our Concierge and ushered to a lounge.

A boutique sales associate will meet you and escort you to an open-air private suite. You’ll be able to browse and try on clothing, accessories and shoes from a selection that the boutique has specially curated for you. You’ll be able to pay for your purchases onsite.
