Celebrate Thanksgiving at Water Grill, which will offer both its popular à la carte menu plus a three-course Thanksgiving prix-fixe. Start with a choice of Water Grill’s signature clam chowder or mixed organic greens. The holiday plate has Diestel Farms roasted turkey, sourdough apple celery stuffing, cranberry relish, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. For dessert, select from caramel bread pudding or pumpkin cheesecake.

It doesn’t get much better than having Top Chef Amar Santana prepare your Thanksgiving dinner, with Santana’s robust flavors and generous portions. Begin with roasted squash-banana soup, then on to the main event showcasing Mary’s all-natural whole roasted turkey (16-18 lb.) with all the trimmings: Turkey giblet gravy, orange-scented cranberry sauce, Amar’s famous sausage-cornbread stuffing, buttermilk chive mashed potatoes, bourbon-maple glazed yams with candied pistachios, charred broccolini with toasted garlic & preserved lemons and four choices for dessert (pecan, pumpkin or apple pie or classic cheesecake), all freshly-baked at the Hall’s Pâtisserie. Instructions for warming the dinner will be included. Place order and pickup at desired location.

Alongside the full dinner menu, The Capital Grille will offer a Thanksgiving entrée with all the seasonal favorites. Savor slow-roasted turkey with brioche stuffing, French green beans with Marcona almonds, cranberry-pear chutney and for the table, Sam’s mashed potatoes to share. Pumpkin pie cheesecake is available for $13.

Morton’s The Steakhouse

Morton’s offers a three-course Thanksgiving menu this year, as well as Morton’s classics. Guests will start with winter salad with spiced walnuts, dried fruit, blue cheese crumbles and creamy balsamic dressing. An oven-roasted turkey roulade with savory sage and cranberry stuffing comes with smoked gouda au gratin potatoes, corn souffle, creamed spinach and green beans almondine. End on a sweet note of pumpkin cheesecake with sea salt caramel.
