The cool, quick-service establishment will have a full bar and an outdoor patio to enjoy those libations. “We’re developing an incredible cocktail program that follows the same philosophy of our kitchen with an emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal, organic and GMO-free produce,” Lewis said. Loyal clientele will be happy to hear that many of the signature dishes will be available, such as the in-demand date mate salad, Aussie scramble, and “real” avocado toast. Executive chef David Osborn plans newer eats that will maintain the lively flavor profiles they’re known for—such as a biodynamic rice bowl and South Coast lemon pineapple chicken. Diners will have access to this unique cuisine morning, noon and night.
