Health & Safety First

The health and safety of everyone in the shopping center is our top priority. We are carefully monitoring up-to-the-moment guidance from public health entities and  implementing the following measures:

  • Cleaning protocols and regimens established by a Certified Industrial Hygienist
  • Increased focus, frequency and intensity of cleaning protocols. This includes frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, handrails, elevator buttons and restroom fixtures
  • Regularly disinfecting all enclosed mall common area floors
  • Disinfecting equipment shared by our employees (.e,g. radios, tools, bicycles and keyboards) between shifts or uses as applicable
  • Single usage pens at Concierge
  • Plexiglass shield screens at Concierge
  • Improved air quality with state-of-the-art air filtration and disinfecting lighting
  • Increased percentage of outside air
  • Touch-free interactions (most of our public entrances and restrooms offer touch-free access)
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations at all public entrances, Concierge locations, restroom corridors, escalators, elevators and ATMs
  • Six-foot social distancing in place
  • Helpful signage to remind visitors about safety protocols

Facial Coverings

Many people with COVID-19 do not have symptoms. The virus can be spread by people who do not know they are infected. That is why it is important for everyone to wear cloth face coverings and practice social distancing.

A face mask that completely covers the nose and mouth is required while you are in our shopping center and parking structures (except for children under the age of 2 and other limited exceptions).
Face coverings are required by the State of California and City of Costa Mesa.

Complimentary face coverings are available around the shopping center.

Hand Sanitizer

Alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations are located at all entrances, Concierge locations, restroom corridors, escalators, elevators and ATMs. We encourage visitors to use these often.

Social Distancing

We are implementing a 6′ social distancing program that includes:

  • One-way (stay to the right) traffic patterns
  • Portable common area seating and tables removed
  • Bench seating around planters marked to indicate 6′ distancing
  • Elevator occupancies limited
  • Some restroom fixtures modified to create better distancing (note: Where a six-foot radial distance is not possible in our restroom corridors and restrooms, signage will alert and remind visitors of the need for caution)
  • Children in strollers encouraged to stay in their strollers
  • Fashion shows, celebration parties and other large gatherings temporarily on hold
