South Coast Plaza has four strategically-placed Concierge locations where visitors can get assistance and can avail of traveler-related amenities and services.
South Coast Plaza welcomes out-of-state and international visitors with its complimentary VIP Passport, featuring value-added offers at over 100 stores and restaurants. Visit Concierge to receive a VIP Passport (some restrictions apply).
South Coast Plaza concierges and select boutiques provide complimentary translation assistance in over 40 languages.

South Coast Plaza’s expert personal stylists can help customers make the most of their shopping experience. Wardrobe and image consultations require 24-hour advance notice and are by appointment only.
Travelex Worldwide Money converts foreign currency into U.S. dollars at the posted rate. Traveler’s checks may be cashed.
The UnionPay (CUP) card is favored by overseas visitors from Asia and is accepted at many South Coast Plaza boutiques and restaurants. Through Dec. 31, 2019, shoppers can receive a USD $100 South Coast Plaza gift certificate when they present a minimum USD $2,000 in same-day receipts from South Coast Plaza boutiques on their UnionPay card (starting with 62). Receipts can be presented at any of South Coast Plaza’s four Concierge locations. Gift certificate limited to one per card, per day while supplies last. This offer cannot be combined with any other UnionPay offers or promotions.
The perfect present for any occasion or recipient, South Coast Plaza Gift Certificates are available for amounts up to USD $5,000 and are honored at more than 250 stores and restaurants at South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, South Coast Repertory and The Westin South Coast Plaza. Available for purchase at all Concierge locations. China UnionPay card accepted.
The center’s concierges can assist in securing and changing reservations at any of South Coast Plaza’s restaurants and Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Strollers (single and double) or wheelchairs are available at any Concierge location during center hours. Requires deposit, which is fully refundable.
