Salmon Benedict, duck & French toast, pork cheek adobo & fried egg and brunch pizza are among the creative dishes from chef Ross Pangilinan, or opt for a three-course Father’s Day brunch with choices for $45. An all-day special is a decadent sliced hanger steak with fingerling potatoes, charred corn, maitake mushrooms with crème fraîche dressing.

Fresh juices, smoothies and brunch cocktails make great starters for breakfast or brunch with both outdoor and indoor seating in this contemporary-designed destination. ANQI BISTRO

Open for brunch Father’s Day weekend and featuring the unique fusion cuisine of master chef Helene An interpreted by chef de cuisine Ron Lee. Favorites for fathers are ribeye steak fried rice with black garlic sauce and frizzled sunny-side egg, or crispy orange peel chicken. New starters include smoked salmon on avocado crostini.

MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE

Morton’s will present a Land & Sea Menu just for Father’s Day priced at $79, in addition to its à la carte offerings. The two-course menu features entrée choices of center-cut filet au jus, double-cut pork chop & apricot chutney or Manhattan-cut steak strip—all served with a cold-water lobster tail baked with herbed garlic butter. Choose a Morton’s signature side dish as well.  Dessert selections are Key Lime pie, NY cheesecake and Morton’s hot chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream.
