Paella de Mariscos
In addition to creative tapas and wood-grilled prime steaks, chef Amar Santana’s crowd-pleasing paellas are meant to be shared. Santana’s travels to Spain inspired four diversely delicious paellas made with imported bomba rice. His classic Valenciana has seafood, chicken and chorizo; paella de vegetales has roasted vegetables and the paella de carne stars pork belly, chorizo, duck confit and beef cheeks. A top seller is the paella de mariscos with clams, mussels, octopus and giant prawns, drizzled with garlic aioli.

Iced Shellfish Platter
A five-star starter is the iced shellfish platter from Water Grill. Dads will dig into the abundant assortment of super-fresh shellfish that includes seasonal just-shucked oysters, littleneck clams, Peruvian bay scallops, black mussels, wild jumbo brown shrimp and half a North American lobster.
