The Hall Global Eatery, the newest restaurant from Chef Amar Santana of Top Chef fame and Vaca Group CEO/restaurateur Ahmed Labbate, is inspired by cuisine from around the world that Chef Amar has reinterpreted in three dining concepts:
Start your day or stop by for lunch at The Pâtisserie, which offers house-made pastries and cookies, grilled paninis and sandwiches, generous salads, gourmet coffee, and freshly-squeezed juices.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Hall’s fast-casual Mediterranean Grill offers choices of hand-carved chicken, beef and lamb shawarmas; savory kebobs, combo plates and wraps with sides such as hummus, baba ghanoush, and tabbouleh, garnished with house-made sauces and condiments.
Seafood is the star at Crudo, a full-service restaurant and bar highlighting Chef Amar Santana’s take on creative crudo plates, plus an array of oysters, uni, caviar, king crab, and spiny lobster, as well as the Chef’s house-made charcuterie and cheeses from the Mediterranean and local farms. Complementing the fresh catch are hot dishes such as oven-roasted fish shermoula and braised lamb shanks. Enjoy creative cocktails at the bar and dine on the olive tree-shaded patio or indoors.
