Sales Generation: Demonstrate strong business acumen; deliver solutions that drive revenue and efficiency. Meet store sales and KPI objective by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store team. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining on-going productive relationships with customers Promote a positive team environment built on trust, integrity and exceptional performance standards.
Client Service and Engagement: Manage CRM database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact. Resolve all client issues and complaints quickly and effectively to the satisfaction of the client. Demonstrate high level service standards, mentor the team on services standards and assist in the cultivation of new and existing clients. Act as a brand ambassador for Furla and seek outreach and networking opportunities.
Operations: Opening and closing the store. Manage daily operational tasks according to company policy and standards including selling and service expectations, operations. Ensure cash control purchases are properly followed including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash.
