Chloé stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. He/She is a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable partner to managers of the store.
  • A client relationship owner
  • Ensure every client is welcome, well taken care of and takes pride in developing long-term relationships
  • Implements personalized out-reach campaigns and utilizes all tools to complete CRM tasks
  • Consistently captures client data and takes knots of all information
  • Omnichannel business partner
  • Aware of store and individual KPI’s and targets
  • Offers excellent customer service and can improve individual business performance
  • Actively completes trainings and participates in all commercial activities
  • Position salary range: $17-26 per hour and commission-eligible
