Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager functions as an ambassador of the brand while leading the sales team to offer an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives in store. The Assistant Store Manager is accountable for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring a highly productive work environment by completing daily operational needs while meeting/exceeding sales goals. The Assistant Manager supports the overall people management initiatives of the business as directed by the Store Manager including training, talent identification, strategy and development. In absence of the Store Manager, they are responsible for the success of the business.
