120% LINO is currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Stylist for it’s South Coast Plaza Boutique. A successful candidate will be engaging, self-driven and posses the ability to create and deliver a unique luxury shopping experience for clients while building long lasting relationships based on loyalty and trust to ensure continued sales opportunities. Offer styling suggestions, enhance their wardrobing and deliver a personalized customer service experience during and after each sale. Meet store targets and company expectations.
-Client creation and retention
-Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the collections and styling techniques to enhance sales -Client Relationship building and sales follow-through -Become an active member of the community acting as a brand ambassador outside of the store to seek networking opportunities
-Deliver high level of customer service standards -Resolve client issues promptly and effectively ensuring client satisfaction -Client information capturing and utilization of CRM system -Manage CRM database and utilize information to increase sales and ongoing client contact
-Maintain store appearance and cleanliness -Upkeep company visual merchandising standards and presentation, participate in floor re-merchandising directives -On floor inventory replenishment -Light stock work and stock room organization
-Minimum of 3 years in a Luxury Retail Sales environment
-Computer and virtual proficiency (excel, word, email).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Existing client base is desirable and bilingual a PLUS
