South Coast Plaza welcomes domestic and international visitors with its VIP Passport, which provides exclusive value-added offers at over 100 stores and restaurants. An impressive array of stores are featured in the VIP Passport, including Bally, Chopard, Giorgio Armani, MaxMara, Omega and Jo Malone to name a few.

To receive a VIP Passport, travelers simply visit one of South Coast Plaza’s four Concierge locations and present their ID or download a voucher by clicking below.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station

There are five EV charging stations at South Coast Plaza. Two are located in the underground parking structure near Crate & Barrel at 3333 Bear Street. Three additional charging stations are located at the valet station near Nordstrom.

Motor Coach and Shuttle Parking

Parking for tour buses, motor coaches and shuttles is located in the southwest corner parking lot at Bear Street and the 405 Freeway.

Taxis

Taxi service is available serving South Coast Plaza. Taxis are also available at all valet stations.

Dog/Animal Policy

Pets are not allowed at South Coast Plaza, with the exception of leashed service animals when accompanying a person with a disability for whom the animal is performing work or tasks.
