The Capital Grille celebrates Easter with a three-course brunch. Start with soup or salad followed by an entrée choice: jumbo shrimp and grits; The Grille’s lobster frittata with truffle hollandaise; bone-in dry aged NY strip with fried egg; 8 oz. filet mignon; pan-seared salmon with citrus crab salad; or fried chicken and waffles. Finish with flourless chocolate espresso cake, classic crème brûlée or strawberries & cream. Freshly squeezed juices, tea, coffee and soda are included with brunch. Add a classic mimosa, peach Bellini or Bloody Mary for $9. A special children’s brunch menu will be available.

Leatherby’s three-course prix fixe Easter brunch begins with an appetizer choice of sugar snap pea and potato soup; asparagus salad, mizuna and tatsoi miso, lolla rossa salad, loch Duarte salmon crudo; or English pea agnolotti. Entrée selections include banana custard brioche French toast; baked egg shakshouka; ricotta raviolo; prosciutto wrapped monkfish; turbot; lamb sirloin, or duck breast with rhubarb puree.
