As a Moynat Assistant Manager, your mission will be willing to provide a delightful consumer experience and to treat our customers as guests. Communicate with store manager daily plan of action. You will be the “face” of our Maison.
Responsible for all sales activities in store. Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, sales, and delivering post-sale services.
> Responsible for the daily store operations
> Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
> Calls on existing customers to establish and maintain client relationship
> Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
> Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns
> Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events .
> Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
> Keeps records and reports on sales activities
Ideal candidate profile
Personable, approachable, warm, welcoming, and courteous
> At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
> Passion for retail
> Appreciates quality products
> Fluent in English and Chinese. French is a plus
> Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented
> Basic computer skills
