Pass by and taste authentic Italian classic, modern and innovative pasta recipes!

You will enjoy authentic regional Italian specialties such as the Penne all’Amatriciana featuring tomatoes with Smoked Guanciale, a touch of Calabrian chile and balanced with grated Pecorino Romano, or experience pasta’s versatility with recipes featuring global flavors such as the Kimchi Linguine, a fusion of hearty Bolognese and a touch of spicy kimchi. In addition, the menu will offer starter, salads, pizza and desserts.

Moreover, in order to guarantee the best food experience to our guest we have selected new local suppliers, as Etxea Bakery for herb and garlic focaccia, Niman Ranch for beef and pork, Drake Farms for cheese, Scarbourough Farms for produce, Di Napoli for San Marzano tomatoes, Zoe’s for cured meats.
